Shipping
We work exclusively with renowned carriers: Tielbeke Transport or Transmission.
Delivery time
All our goods will be delivered to the address you specify within 5 working days of receipt of payment, subject to availability.
Shipping costs
The following shipping costs apply to our goods:
- Order 0 – 25 kg: €9.95 excl. VAT on shipping costs.
- Order from > 25 kg: €29.95 excl. VAT on shipping costs.
- Order from a total of> €1,000 excl. VAT: free shipping.
Track and Trace
When your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace email from our carrier. Do you have any special delivery requests or questions about the status of your delivery? If so, please contact us by phone on tel. +31 (0)571-745002.
Returning
Do you want to return (part of) your order?
As a consumer, you have the right to return an item within 14 dayswithout giving reasons (right of withdrawal).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after;
- the article is in your possession
- for multiple items in an order, delivered separately: the date on which you received the last item:
Please note! The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases and goods made to the consumer’s specifications, e.g. paint mixed to order. Opened cans of coating cannot be returned unless the product does not do what you might reasonably have expected it to do.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Notify your return by sending an email to info@farmcoat.nl. Include the order number, a description and the number of items to be returned
Returning the items
Please return the items as soon as possible, but within 14 days at the latest, after you have notified us of your return. You are also welcome to come and return the items yourself. If possible, the items should be returned in the shipping packaging you received them in to the address below (please enclose the packing slip or a copy of it):

The cost of returning the goods is always at your own expense.
Refunds
You will receive a refund for the returned items including any shipping costs paid by you within 14 days of your return notification. Payments are always refunded to the same account used to make the payment to us.
Reduced refund
In certain cases, the full amount will not be refunded. The following charges will not be refunded and/or settled:
- Any shipping costs, if part of the order is returned
- Additional charges paid, which fall outside the cheapest standard shipping costs offered by us (such as charges for express shipments)
- Costs arising from depreciation of a returned item*
* You may view and assess the item. If you use the item and depreciation occurs as a result, this depreciation will be offset against the refundable amount. Opened cans of coating cannot be returned unless the product does not do what you might reasonably have expected it to do.
