Farmcoat supplies high-strength, 2-component products for floors, walls and more. Unlike many other coatings, Farmcoat has been developed specifically with the farmer or agriculturalist in mind. And tested against the requirements applicable to your workplace. In addition, it is environmentally and animal-friendly and virtually emission-free. This ensures safe handling and a healthier environment for humans and animals.

We have a coating solution for every surface. After sometimes just a few hours of curing, the surface can be put back into use.

A big advantage of Farmcoat products is that they are versatile. Besides substrates subject to high chemical and mechanical loads, such as feed passages, milking parlours, tank rooms and stables, the coatings are also suitable for workshops, technical areas and walls.

Chemically and mechanically resistant

Farmcoat is resistant to many chemicals and impacts. After rolling/painting Farmcoat onto the surface, a curing reaction takes place. This forms a strong 3D grid in the coating layer, which is needed to resist all kinds of corrosive substances and loads. Farmcoat has been tested on a wide range of substances. In addition, the coating is extremely strong and resilient, allowing the use of large machines. The surface can be cleaned with high pressure, and remains highly wear-resistant.

Prevents concrete wear and tear

Many agricultural substrates are subject to high loads. For example, heavy equipment is used on them, while acids and chemicals from cleaning agents, feed, faeces and saliva can act on the concrete and weaken it. This causes the concrete to become porous and uneven. As a result, a lot more dirt and grime remains in the porous concrete. Over time, a layer of food residue can build up here, making the surface difficult to keep clean. In feed passages in particular, layers of food residue are a problem, making it difficult to push the feed through properly. Applying a coating ensures that the substrate does not wear out due to mechanical stress, acids or saliva. As the substrate does not wear down, no dirt remains in it and everything can be easily cleaned or pushed through.

Especially in the agricultural sector and for the processor, human and animal welfare is very important. So with Farmcoat, we have developed the safest possible coating. Our wall coating is also completely emission-free (tested in accordance with EN-16516).
