We work exclusively with reputable carriers: Tielbeke Transport, Dachser Logistik, or DHL Express.

Delivery time

Subject to availability, all our goods will be delivered to the address provided by you within 5 working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs Benelux

The following shipping costs apply to our goods:

Order from 0 – 25 KG: € 11.95 excl. VAT in shipping costs.
Order of > 25 KG: € 34.95 excl. VAT in shipping costs.
Order of a total > € 1,000 excl. VAT: free shipping.

Shipping costs rest of the EU

The following shipping costs apply to our goods:

Order from 0 – 10 KG: € 17.95 excl. VAT in shipping costs.
Order from 10 > 50 KG: € 39.95 excl. VAT in shipping costs.
Order of > 50 KG: € 79.95 excl. VAT in shipping costs.

Track and Trace

When your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace email from our carrier. Do you have any special delivery requests or questions about the status of your delivery? Please contact us by phone at +31 (0)571-745002.

Returns

You would like to return (part of) your order.

You have the right to return an item without giving any reason within 90 days (right of withdrawal).

The withdrawal period expires 90 days after;

the item is in your possession
for multiple items in an order that are delivered separately: the day on which you received the last item:

Please note! The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases and goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, for example, custom-colored paint (mixed colors). Opened cans of coating cannot be returned unless the product does not meet what you could reasonably have expected.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Notify us of your return by sending an email to info@farmcoat.nl. Please include the order number, description, and quantity of the items to be returned.

Alternatively, use the withdrawal form. You can find this at the bottom of the website page.

Returning

Send the items back as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after you have notified us of your return. You are, of course, also welcome to return the items yourself. If possible, the items should be returned in the shipping packaging in which you received them to the address below (include the packing slip or a copy thereof):

The costs for return shipping are always for your own account.

Refund

You will receive the payment for the returned items, including any shipping costs paid by you, within 14 days of your return notification. Payments will always be refunded to the same account used to make the payment to us.

Refund reduction

In certain cases, the full amount will not be refunded. The following costs will not be refunded and/or will be deducted:

Any shipping costs, if part of the order is returned
Extra costs paid that fall outside the cheapest standard shipping costs offered by us (such as costs for express shipments)
Costs resulting from the depreciation of a returned item*

* You are allowed to inspect and assess the item. If you use the item and this results in depreciation, this depreciation will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Opened cans of coating cannot be returned unless the product does not meet what you could reasonably have expected.
